Summer trends (five day series)... Mint Accents

Mint nailpolishes , clothes and bags/purses were in for spring as well as for summer. It is a cool color and gives a neat and refreshing feeling . Mint green is one of my favourite colors too...

Summer trends (five day series)...Ombre nails.

Phew! You can see them everywhere on youtube , I tried to do these ombre nails and it was a total fail cuz i have non existent nails , like really short and small, though they are sooo easy to do and look very chic and colorful ad perfect for summer. Ombre nails are when you go from light to dark or either way and look gorgeous.

Summer trends (five day series)... Fishtail and waterfall braids and messy side buns.

Ok , so these braids are hell of a task to achieve but I am loving this new trend, although I was never able to braid my hair like that though I watched tons of tutorials on youtube , but it would be very easy for people who know how to do a French braid, If it is very difficult to make then you can do a braid within a braid (or say a messy four strand braid). I do this one all the time. First you braid half of your hair like you normally would do (a three strand braid) and then you section the remaining hair into two , then you braid the three remaining part altogether and if it sounds too complicated then you simply can watch a youtube tutorial. Side buns are by far the easiest and less time consuming and i'm sure every one would know how to make a messy bun, here are some pictures just to give an idea.

Summer trends (five day series)... Double Flick liner.

This summer trend series will allow me to share five latest trends , one for each day and the first one includes the DOUBLE FLICK EYELINER. I earlier did a Hawkeye inspired makeup look and did a double flick eyeliner. This summer , the winged eyeliner look has evolved into a double flick eyeliner. Looks like drama is taking over the simple trends , first bright red lipsticks and now double flick liners. Although this look is pretty simple to achieve , All you have to do is created a winged liner look and then just add one more flick. When I was surfing the net ,It was pretty amazing to see that now they are not just doing the double flick but they have gone two steps further . They are painting wings with black all over the lid , however the one i did below is the simplest form , I do not find it unwearable , I am planning to try this out while going out somewhere at the mall or hanging out with friends.
